Karthikeyan is a long-time entrepreneur having remarkable experience in financial and nonfinancial sectors. He is well known for infrastructural contracting works for Public Works Department(PWD). He is enriched with more than 35 years of business and professional experience in finance and construction sectors. He will be in a lead role to guide the organisation based on his broad business acumen.

Srividya Damodaran is a Company Secretary with more than 6 years experience in various industries, out of that 4 years in NBFC sector. She is enriched with wide experience in statutory compliances and documentations. She started her carrier with large NBFC and further moved in to manufacturing sector. She got exposure in statutory matters with regard to RBI, MCA and SEBI requirements. She will be able to ensure the company’s statutory and legal compliances are intact.
